Tomato and Goat Cheese Dip: A Match Made in Heaven

1 Baking Dish 5x7
1 pint grape tomatoes rinsed and sliced in half 4 oz goat cheese plain and crumbled 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 garlic cloves minced ¼ tsp sea salt ½ tsp ground black pepper ½ tsp basil dry or fresh ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400℉.
Using a small baking dish, drizzle olive oil on the bottom of the dish.
Rinse and cut grape tomatoes in half and layer them into the dish.
Cut garlic and add the rest of the seasonings to the tomatoes.
Mix well, making sure to incorporate tomatoes with olive oil and seasonings.
Bake in the oven for 7 minutes.
Remove from oven and add crumbled goat cheese all over tomatoes.
Place back in over for an additional 4 minutes.
Remove from oven and mix carefully using a spatula or spoon.
Serve warm with crackers, chips, bread, or veggies.
