Equipment

  • 7-8-quart Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 6 28 oz canned Crushed Tomato Sauce
  • 6 oz canned tomato paste
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic minced or crushed
  • 1 small-medium chopped onion
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Kosher or sea salt
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • 1 tbsp of black pepper
  • 1-2 tsp of red pepper flakes optional
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Using a 7-8 quart slow cooker, set on high heat or 300℉.
  • Pour all 6 cans into the slow cooker and all other ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook for 6-8 hours.
  • Serve over pasta or use in any other dish.
