Begin by seasoning the pork chops with paprika, garlic powder, ground black pepper,salt and set aside.
Wash mushrooms, pat dry and slice.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
In a separate skillet, saute mushrooms and onions. When onions become translucent, add in heavy cream and the rest of the ingredients listed above. I used my Blackstone grill to make this because it was easy and I love to cook outdoors.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
When pork chops are cooked, and cream sauce is brought to a boil, place everything on a serving dish.
Serve with a side of rice, pasta or mashed potatoes alongside a salad or roasted vegetables.
