Preheat oven to 375℉.
Grease a bundt pan with butter. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In separate bowl, combine wet ingredients: eggs, oil, vanilla extract, pineapple, and bananas.
Combine wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients and mix well.
Using a spatula fold in chopped walnuts.
Fill bundt pan with this batter.
Bake for 60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let sit until warm.
Remove Banana Nut Bread from bundt pan and let sit on a cooling rack until room temperature.
Place on a dish and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
For a different topping, mix ½ cup brown sugar, ⅓ cup all purpose flour, ¼ cup butter, cubed and 1 tsp of ground cinnamon. Mix well and sprinkle over batter before baking.
